ted Baker Custom Bags feature

The objective of this feature was to guide customers through the process of creating a custom Ted Baker bag and to enable them to add the individual components to their basket in just one click. In order to achieve a smooth customer journey, I created a set of wire frames which mapped out the user journey, identifying any barriers I had to address and overcome through the design of the page.
